As our industry evolves, and media agencies seek to diversify our talent pool, we must ensure newcomers are given the best possible start by simplifying the complexity of our industry.
The best way to do that, in my view, is by deploying the unique and powerful content of the MFA e-Learning programs. The courses offer upskill and engage our newest talent as they settle into the dynamic - but let’s be honest, often complex and fast-moving - media industry.
What sets the MFA e-learning programs apart?
- They are created by a collaboration of experienced professionals from across the industry and grounded in the realities of real-world scenarios, MFA Digital Foundations and MFA Television Foundations provide a standardised benchmark for what constitutes basic digital and television proficiency in the industry. For the thousands of professionals from media agencies, media owners and marketers who have completed the program, a rigorous exam process puts their knowledge into practice, ensuring they’re well placed to carry their newfound knowledge into their day-to-day work.
- They provide bias-free, unified foundations: Having been part of the team that created the original MFA Digital Foundations, I can vouch that the development of the content wasn’t easy - but it was thorough, which is why it is so strong.
