ROLE PURPOSE
Client delivery and implementation planning; representing the agencies briefs and values, inspiring others to do the same. Delivering service and product which drives marketing led growth for our clients.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Key client contact. Responsible for day-to-day management of client accounts and oversees all campaign performance.
- Team management: Ensures the Digital Executive and Coordinator are working effectively, are coached, trained, inspired and organized to deliver on deadlines.
- Works hand in hand with performance specialists, to ensure timely delivery of campaigns, ensures they are briefed in time, and that you are leveraging performance insights in planning outputs.
- Delivers exceptional client service, by ensuring smooth operations through the team, returning emails within 24 hours, and managing expectations to deliver on deadlines.
- Deliver best in market implementation planning responses: well thought out, argued, and answers the marketing challenge. Looks to innovate where possible, however also nails the fundamentals. Ensures we are leveraging PMX partner deals.
- Lead negotiator and coach of team in negotiating. Make sure deals are used as starting point and that value is always sought and utilized
- Make sure you and the team are billing and reporting on spends with upmost accuracy. And that we work and utilize deals and commercial opportunities correctly
- Make sure client is well serviced and a positive relationship is fostered. Work collaboratively with creative agencies.
- Create a positive relationship with key media owners. Ensure utilisation of briefing templates and feedback is delivered to media owners in a timely manner.
- You own the effective deliver of activity; done by managing your personnel and self-involvement

- Work well with other members of your account team. Form and effective relationship with your Digital Director.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Ad server set up and trafficking (CM360/Flashtalking/etc.) previous experience. Fundamentals knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Blueprint Certification, Analytics and DV360.
- BCC training Proficient in spot entry, knowledge of correct digital codes to use, and ability to run Expenditure/Invoice reports. Completed Digital Compliance training. Learn how to solve Account Queries within 48 hours of receiving email notification.
- Understands digital trafficking, BCC and other admin tasks. Contributes to competitive work during new business pitches
- Good knowledge of implementation suite of tools: audience insight, PowerPoint, Excel, trafficking, reporting, billing
EXPERIENCE:
- 4-5+ years’ experience in the media agency and/or digital marketing role
- Competent in digital buying fundamentals and relevant digital tools
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of Australian digital media
