This exciting and challenging role is located in our Sydney office. To be successful you must be able to demonstrate the following key skills and knowledge:

• Developing relevant human insights utilising existing research tools including client research, media vendor research, or briefing out or undertaking proprietary research as required.
• In conjunction with client business teams and our creative agency partners lead the development of consumer centric, holistic and innovative communications strategies for key clients
• Applying ideation and brainstorming techniques to develop unique new connections
• Development of effectiveness/ROI metrics to all strategic recommendations
• Promote importance, role and value added by strategy across clients and internally
• Play a role in the broader education of the agency on insight development and strategic planning including running workshops, coaching, mentoring etc
• Encourage teams to harness planning processes and techniques within all responses
