Trainee Program

2011 Graduated Trainees - Sydney

Every year the MFA offers a 9 month traineeship for successful graduates. MFA Trainees are placed with a host agency during this time where they work within a dedicated team. During this time the trainees will not only get on the job training offering firsthand experience on what the industry has to offer, but they will be given many training experiences including media tours to understand how various media and research companies operate.

Trainees will be remunerated at a range equivalent to a media assistant. Each year between 90-100% of trainees are placed in permanent positions.

In Sydney, 2012 Trainee positions will be filled by a selection of students from MFA Accredited courses.

In Melbourne, agencies have nominated new STAR recruits into the Trainee positions.

The Trainee program for 2012 starts in February.
