Starcom MediaVest Group, one of Australia's largest full service media and communications agencies is currently looking for a Media Assistant.
This exciting and challenging entry level role is located in our Brisbane office, in the heart of the CBD, with great public transport links. You will be working on one of our key clients, within a highly competitive industry. The key responsibilities of the Media Assistant are:
• Assisting with buying and planning teams
• Assisting in the collection of all media information to provide full implementation services.
• Collecting data for post analysis and competitive reports.
• Processing and loading media bookings.
• Media monitoring, proof of performance and post analysis.
• Sourcing media rates.
• Collecting and distributing tear sheets.
• General administration duties
To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate the following key skills and qualities:
• Strong attention to detail and committing to deadlines
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to deal with a variety of people
• Numerate and analytical
• Can do attitude and good interpersonal skills
This position is ideal for a coordinator looking for the next step and you will have a passion for media with 1 -2 years experience.
